With the provision of well-equipped, individual learning stations, all seminars and lectures utilize a meaningful hands-on component to their efforts.

 Research vs. Results: Years of practice and observation of our highly qualified and experienced consultants helps them speak with authority on learning systems that yield long-term, predictable and positive results. Various surveys and feedback tools are being developed that'll assist the dentist in analyzing their practice over multiple years to measure change and growth. Combination of these tools with efficient management systems result in the practitioner gaining control and confidence in a sequential and predictable
manner in realms of staff satisfaction, development and retention; patient satisfaction, case acceptance and retention; and practicing financial health.

 Personalized Attention: At IAADS we make teaching a pleasure in small batches (3-4 students per batch) so that regular interaction with the consultants over weeks, results in the students and faculty members to know each other personally. The student to faculty ratio of 4:1 enhances a meaningful, personal interaction, where in a student can ask all his queries endlessly and leave the institute with a clear picture of all his perceptions about dentistry in general or his field of specialty, which is unlike so in a crowded seminar format.
