Learning Is Fun: Under the IAADS roof we will demonstrate- that dentistry does learn from different professional disciplines and types of service providers, that true learning results in changed behaviour and that a purposefully designed study course leads to greater application of what is learned- resulting in patient education, participation, ownership and trust.
Just as in business schools, at IAADS we aim at bringing Dentists from across the country to learn through self-disclosure and the narrative of others in non-threatening and non-judgmental surroundings.

Non-Profit Nature: IAADS aims not at commercial appeal, but, at helping the student experience growth and greater self-disclosure. This non-profit nature of our institute helps us accomplish our mission i.e. endorsed as "GROWTH IS A PROCESS AND NOT AN EVENT."

Our highly experienced visiting faculty are motivated to teach and devote their valuable time because they have the desire and the talent for helping others in their profession. So, IAADS, affords both the teacher and the student the freedom to concentrate on the highest and the best educational objectives, rather being limited by the constraints of time or commercial sponsors.
